out of character (Just an idea)

A blank screen is seen before slowly clearing revealing a man in a suit and tie.
Man: Good evening ladies and gentlemen. I am Frank Jones, marketing head of CCW. Last season, our great nation had to contend with a crisis that affected all of us in some way. Our nation was caught in between the line of fire of warring politicians who were stubborn enough to allow our government to stand still. Scheduled events were postponed due to public arenas we booked not being funded. We went ahead and chose not to let the squabble in Washington stop us from entertaining you, our beloved CCW fans. We aired house shows from different private bars and gymnasiums to satisfy your craving for CCW action. But now that we have sailed pass the crisis, we assure you that CCW will pick up where it left off. We would like to thank you for your continued support and loyalty. The whole CCW family is grateful for letting us be a part of your lives.
The scene then reverts back to the blank screen before the show starts.
